- Roseburg’s Dylan Fors struggles to keep his shoulders off the mat in the 160-pound final against Newberg’s Joey Chandler Jan. 30 at the Reser’s Tournament of Champions in Hillsboro. Fors avoided the fall but lost 5-3.
- Sprague’s Brandon Griffin (top) takes down Cory Haggans of North Medford in the 171-pound title bout. The only finalist for the Olympians, Griffin won the match 5-1.
- Newberg senior Tommy Siciliano celebrates after pinning Hillsboro’s Mikie Rodriguez in the 130-pound final. Siciliano, who pinned all three of the opponents he faced, was chosen as the tournament’s outstanding wrestler.
- Sweet Home’s Brock Crocker struggles to keep his shoulders off the mat in the 152-pound final against Bryce McMahon of Hermiston. Crocker avoided the fall but lost 5-1.
- Roseburg’s Seth Thomas (top) strains as he tries to turn Crook County’s Trevor Wilson over in the 145-pound final. Thomas took the title by technical fall at 2:10.
- Sam Mecham of Roseburg (right) grapples with West Salem’s Alex Elder in the 140-pound final. Mecham, the top seed in the bracket, lost by technical fall when the third-seeded Elder by established a 15-point lead in the third period.
- Newberg’s Rory Oliver celebrates his win in the 215-pound final at the Reser’s Tournament of Champions. Oliver beat McNary’s Wes Heredia 2-1 to take the title.
