
The 2008 edition of the girls basketball team at Lincoln High School included a bumper crop of seven players with three or more years of varsity experience—and all of the key members from the team that made the state quarterfinals in 2007.
Matthew Ginn, an independent photojournalist and multimedia producer based in Portland, Ore., followed the team from pre-season workouts to the state tournament, documenting a season neither he nor they will ever forget.
