Portland Fire & Rescue battled a two-alarm blaze at the Shamrock Minimart Friday evening in North Portland. Zidell Marine launched their latest barge, DBL 54, February 5 from their shipyard on Portland’s South Waterfront. The 300-foot double-hulled steel tanker can carry nearly 54,000 barrels of oil.
